Little Dudes - Almost there!

Bunny Biscuits!
It's not Easter anymore but bunnies are cute all year long!
Here is a recipe for some adorable bunny cookies!
They are delicious and can be cut into any shape you like, making them perfect for every occasion!
I had a lot of fun decorating them! I've never done anything like this before. It was a little hard at first but once you get used to spreading the icing it gets really easy and fun.
Be creative!
You can make your bunnies look as cute or crazy as you like.
Making a White Rabbit bunny like the one from Alice in Wonderland would be great for a tea party.
But to be honest, they would look so cute that everyone would love them, no matter the occasion.
I'll definitely make them sometime!
I got this recipe from the Prima Makes Magazine, special edition (issue 1).
They have some great projects and recipes!
Ingredients
You can also get some cute ribbon and tie it around your bunnies neck.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
Sift the flours and salt and mix everything together to form a dough.
Put in a sealed food bag and chill for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cut out the biscuits. Scrunch up any remaining dough and re-roll it. If the dough becomes sticky or greasy, put it back in the fridge to cool it down.
Place your bunnies in a lined baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6).
Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool.
Decorate them!
Make sure they are completely cool or the icing will melt.
You can use ready-made icing or make your own (egg whites, lemon juice, icing sugar and food colouring).
To cover the bunny, outline the body with a fine line and then, using a thinned icing ( just add more water), flood the inside. Leave it to dry and add details.
You can ice some bunnies with a face and others with a little fluffy tail. They look really cute and this way they don't look all the same.

The Little Dudes!
Hello!
I would like to share a little thing that I'm working on at the moment.
I am now taking part of the Little Dudes mission!
I have signed up to create a Little Dude, it will be sent off to Germany very soon to be part of an awesome photo shoot! The photos will go on a book full of little dudes and their stories, where you will all be able to buy a beautiful copy!
The Little Dudes will take part of an Exhibition and Auction on the 6th of June in Germany, where they will be supporting some great charities!
So if you are an artist and are interested in parenting a dude and bringing him to life, then click here and contact them!
The deadline is very soon but I'm doing my best to send him to Germany and meeting his old friends!

Pastel Pink Inspiration
It's Wednesday!
I love the 'Hello' sign and the pink log table from the first image. They are both really simple and easy to make but they create a really nice entrance to your cosy home!
I will definitely make something similar when I move! So keep an eye on the blog and you might find a cute and easy "How to:' post!

I'm on the final stage of my FMP (Final Major Project) so I have been really busy at college.

Cath Kidston Shoulder Bag!
I made this really cute shoulder bag over the weekend and thought I should share it with you!
It's a very simple pattern and a great project for the weekend, as it only takes a few hours to make.
I took the pattern of a Cath Kidston book. I love her products and prints! Her sewing books are great for beginners and weekend projects.
This specific pattern is really easy, as the fabric is already cut out and the buttons and label are included with the book.
The bag is a lot smaller than I thought, it would be great as a big 'everyday bag' but it only fits a few things so I use it as a my sewing bag. As I said before this is a really simple pattern so it can be easily adapted to a larger size.
I am definitely making this bag again and adapting the pattern to a large bag with a longer shoulder strap. I would add at least another 20cm to the strap, but you should probably add a few more if you would like to use it as a 'crossover' bag.I am very happy with my weekend 'Make' and can't wait to use it on a day out!
This is definitely the perfect bag for summer!
